Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Dfw West - Hurst By Ihg, Hurst

My stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and very well arranged, making me feel cozy, especially during the December season. The only issue I had was my room card deactivated every time it was used, which was inconvenient as I had to wait for the front desk staff to reactivate it. Despite this, the room wasn't ready for me when I arrived.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room was equipped with nice amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, but the card deactivation issue was a real hassle. The service, while generally friendly, could use some improvement in customer service training. The location was convenient for our needs, but had some maintenance issues. Dining was average, nothing special. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
